About Sealcon
SEALCON was founded in 1975 by Matt Gelisson. The population of Windsor and Essex County had grown steadily since the early 1900s and industry was booming. Many earlier commercial, residential, and industrial properties were aging, and Matt saw the need for a quality building restoration company to bring these sites back to life.
I joined the family business in 2005, and worked on projects with my stepfather Matt for 11 years before switching to the supplier side of the business, working with Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance as a Sales Associate for Southern Ontario. At Tremco, I gained a first-class education on products and applications, supply chains and sales.
I returned to SEALCON in 2018, ready to take on the business as General Manager and Owner. My vision is to live and breathe quality. To provide the highest quality workmanship, service, and safety protocols on each and every project. To build a dedicated team who is proud of the work they do, living and breathing our company mantra each day.
